Reset subscribers

If you have changed your messages or just want to restart your subscribers over on a new message, click on the Reset Subscribers link on the Subscriber Management section of the main menu. Enter the message number you want to restart all your subscribers on. Click the Reset Now button. The subscribers will start receiving the messages within 24 hours after you have reset them.

Edit your autoresponders settings

You can edit the autoresponders 'from name' and 'reply-to' email address by clicking on the Edit This Autoresponders Name and From Settings link in the Account Management section of the main menu. You can change the 'from name' that is shown and the 'reply-to' email address, if you change the reply-to email address you will have to verify the new email address before it is changed in the system. Click continue to confirm your changes.

Edit Custom URL Tags

If you promote affiliate programs or have a lot of URL's you use in your messages, you can set up tags to use them by clicking on the Edit Custom URL Tags link in the Account Management section of the main menu. You can add up to five URL tags that can be used in your messages by using the [MYURL1] -[MYURL5] tags. These should be full http:// URL's. Type the url's into the boxes and click save to confirm.

Edit Custom Personalisation Tags

You can set 5 custom tags you can use in your messages by clicking Edit Custom Personalisation Tags in the Account Management section of the main menu. Enter the data you want each tag to be, you can then use the tags in your messages by using [MYCUSTOM1] -[MYCUSTOM5]. Click Save to confirm your personalisation tags.
