Autoresponder Tour Page 8Intro: This page describes how to edit/view/delete your scheduled mailings, checking your mailing history, sending test messages to yourself and how to set up your system to allow messages to be copied across autoresponders (great for MLM) Edit/View Scheduled mailingsYou can view and edit any scheduled mailing you have setup by clicking on the Edit/View Scheduled mailings link in the Mail Management section of the main menu. Click on the ID number of the scheduled mailing you want to view or edit. Now select to edit or delete the scheduled mailing. On the edit screen you can change the date the mailing is sent and the subject line and message if you wish. Click save when you have finished editing the scheduled mailing. Mail HistoryTo view the messages you have sent, click on the Mail History link on the Mail Management section of the main menu. Click on the message ID number to view the message that was sent. Send test messages to yourselfTo send a single message or all your messages to yourself so that you can see what they will look like, click on the Test Messages link in the Mail Management section of the main menu. You can send all your messages to yourself or just a certain message by entering the message number. Note: the personalisation tags will not be replaced in the test messages. Setup to allow others to copy your messages, demographics and custom question setsYou can setup to allow your downline and any others you want to copy your messages, custom questions and your demographic questions to their autoresponder. Click the Setup To Allow Others To Copy link on the Mail Management section of the main menu to set this feature up. Now enter a password for this copy feature. You will have to give anyone you want to allow to copy your data the autoresponder name and password. If you have a downline give them the information. Remove Copy FeatureTo remove the allow copy feature, click on the Remove Allow Copy Feature link in the Mail Management section of the main menu. Click on the Remove Copy Authority button to prevent others from being able to copy your messages. |
