Intro: Details on how to import your subscribers by the online form or upload via csv and the formats that they need to be in. Also how to ban addresses either one at a time or in bulk

Import Subscribers By Form

To import your subscribers by pasting your list into a form, click on the Import Subscriber By Form link in the Subscriber Management section of the main menu. Now copy and paste or type your leads into the space provided, the list must be in the format of firstname,lastname,emailaddress one lead per line. Select which message to start the imported leads on, (must always be 1 or greater). Click on Submit to start the import, do not stop or leave the screen until you see the word "Finished".

Import Subscribers by csv

To import a list of leads into your autoresponder from a .txt file or csv file on your computer, click the Import By CVS link in the Subscriber Management section of the main menu. On the import screen you will see your account limits on importing and the format the list must be in (firstname, lastname, email address) one per line. Click on the Browse button to locate the file on your PC. Enter the message number to start the imported leads on (must be 1 or greater) and click the Import Button. The next screen may take a little time to load and will show you your import status, do not stop it importing.

How to ban a subscriber

To ban email addresses from signing up to your autoresponder, click on the ban subscribers link in the Subscriber Management section of the main menu. You can add 1 email address at a time to this autoresponders ban list or several at one time by using the form. In the form, enter one email address per line. This will remove the email address from any follow-ups and will not let them subscribe to this autoresponder again. Click the Ban Emails button to confirm this.
