Intro: This page tells you how to view and edit your banned subscribers, export your database, delete any unwanted records, how to move your clients to another autoresponder in your login and how to search for your subscriber details

List/Edit banned subscribers

To list or remove an email address from your ban list, click on the List/Edit Banned Subscribers link on the Subscriber Management section of the main menu. You will then get a list of the banned subscribers, you can select the one you want to remove and click on the Remove Banned Email button to remove the email address from your ban list.

Export Subscriber function

You can export your list of subscribers to your OPC in a text file by clicking on the Export Subscribers link in the Subscriber Management section of the main menu. You will then be prompted to fave a file, note the file name you are downloading. Warning, the page may take a few minutes to display depending on your list size.

Delete Subscribers

To delete subscribers from your autoresponder click on the Delete Subscribers link in the Subscriber Management section of the main menu. You can delete one subscriber at a time by entering the email address in the space and clicking on Delete. Or you can delete several at one time by outing the email address’s in the space provided, one email address per line. Then click on the Delete button.

Move subscribers

If you have more than one autoresponder in your account you can move the subscribers from one autoresponder to another. To do this click on the Move Subscribers link in the Subscriber Management section of the main menu. Select the autoresponder to move the subscribers from this autoresponder to. The moved subscribers will not have to reconfirm their email address.

Search Subscribers Function

To search your subscriber list, click on the Search Subscribers link in the Subscriber Management section of the main menu. Enter what you want to search for and select the search type from the drop down menu.
