The area at the top of the main menu reminds you of which autoresponder you are currently logged into, and any notes from the-autoresponder support desk. The main menu contains links to all the autoresponders functions and reports broken down into the headings of Message Manager, Subscriber Management, Autoresponder Stats, Web Form Wizard, Mailout Management and Account Management. How to manage your autoresponder messagesTo setup or edit your autoresponder messages click on the View/Edit/Add Autoresponder Messages link in the Message Management section of the Main Menu. The message manager screen shows you the number of messages you are allowed and the ones you have setup. Note: You must always set up message number 1. To setup or edit a message, click on the Message number link. This will take you to a screen where you set up the message you selected on the last screen. Enter the delay days from last message (Message number 1 will always be sent immediately - do not change this setting). Note the Click Here link, this will give you the personalisation tags you can use in the subject line and the main message body. Your account supports 2 types of messages, plain text and HTML, if you want to send HTML email you must code the message body like a web page, linking to any images on your site. At the bottom of the page you must select what type of message you wish to store (HTML or plain text), you will need to confirm this each time you edit the message. Once you have selected the message format click save message. |
