Intro: How to Login to your autoresponder account on a regular basis and information on how to set up your first autoresponder on your new email marketing system after signing up.

How to login to your email autoresponder account

To Login to your Email Autoresponder account simply enter your 'username' and 'password' that was emailed to you into the Login box at the top right corner of any page.

If you have lost or forgotten your username and/or password please go to the Autoresponder Main Login page and click on the "get lost password" link, enter the email address that is registered to your account and the system will send you the login details to that email address. It will not send the details to any other email address.

Your very first login and setting up your first autoresponder

The first time you login to your account you will need to create your first autoresponder. You will be greeted with a page that says "create an autoresponder" followed by "looks like this is the first time you have used your account.

You will need to set up your first autoresponder, please enter an autoresponder name you want to use." - Simply enter the name you want to use - this will be the 'from' email address that your messages will be sent from. If the name is already being used the system will bring you back to this page to try another name.

Now enter the Name all email from this autoresponder will show coming from. It can be your name or your business name.

Then enter the email address you want to use as a reply-to email address, this will be the email address that email is sent to when someone replies to your autoresponder message. Please note: you will have to verify the reply-to email address you entered.

Check your email at the email address you entered and click on the link sent to you. This will activate the autoresponder.
