How can I track advertising?

Tired of advertising and not knowing which ad is working or drawing the visitors to your site? You can now track click through to any link that you set through your administration panel. If for example you are paying for Banner advertising you can use the your system to generate a specific URL that will track all click throughs. From the Admin panel you can view a report of each specified URL. This useful feature will ensure you protect yourself from wasting money again on ineffective advertising. back to top

What is the difference between plain text and HTML messages?

HTML allows you to create attractive emails. This can have more impact than a plain text email and can be used to create a more compelling message. To send HTML emails you have to create your message in HTML format.

When you set up a Business Account you have the option of using HTML or plain text. If you add an HTML email our intelligent system 'sniff' if the recipient has selected to receive text only email and converts your HTML to text format. back to top

How do I know when someone requests information?

Automatic email notifications are sent to inform you that your account has been triggered, these itemise the person's name and email address. Additionally, through your administration area, you have access to a full reporting area online. back to top

How can long can the messages be?

How are unsubscribes dealt with?

All messages sent from your system have an unsubscribe link included. If someone uses this link they are automatically removed from your database. Additionally, if you need to remove a client manually you can do so through your administration area. back to top

Can I customise the "From" address?
